Everyone in the squadron from Captain to Cadet are subject to Pilot Evaluations, or evals. Our Evals are posted mainly for the benefit of a prespective Cadet. So they can get a better idea who they may be flying with, and to also help them decide which flight they may wish to enlist for. Evals also help the pilot to suggest areas which they wish to improve themselves, and also to help the 'promotions board' decide who is best suited for the next rank. A bad eval does not neccesarily adversly affect the pilot who recieves it. All officers in the squadron will be occasionaly tasked with writing an eval. usually on someone of equal or lesser rank than themselves. Be fair and honest. To avoid any hard feelings, the Evaluator is not identified to the Evaluee.
