 1.) Captain |
Captain is the highest slot attainable in the squadron. They are flight leaders (manditory). They are 'board' members. and have the most weight in the decision making process. They also have the authority to operate thier flights outside the group. they may enter thier flights in tournaments or issue challenges at thier discretion. they are also responsable for the training of thier flights. You must have unanamous approval of all other flight leaders to obtain this rank.

 6.) Ensign |
Your probationary period is over. The Ensign is a full member of the squadron. And as such , must partake in the operations, and development of the squadron. You must have one award other than the recruit ribbon to obtain this rank. |
 2.) Commander |
Commander is the last stop before gaining your own flight. Leadership is a must for the Commander. he will occasionaly be tasked with acting as flight leader. They are also members of the "promotions board". And are junior members of the "ops board". You must have at least one campaign ribbon to obtain this rank. |
 7.) Chief warrant Officer |
The Chief Warrant Officer is a non-commissioned officer. They are becoming better aquainted in the group, and are beginning to work better with there team mates. A CWO can participate in tournament games with their flight with special consent. |
 3.) Lieutenant Commander |
Lt. Commander is where your first real chance at command begins. you must be wing leader qualified to obtain this rank. As you will be selecting candidates for wingman qualification.you will be flying with all junior members of your flight. Remember a good wingleader does not 'hog' the action for himself. But also tries to help 'feed' his wingman. To build thier skills and experience. |
 8.) Warrant Officer |
You've earned your wings now. Practice, practice, practice. Those are the only duties of The Warrant Officer. You will probably not spend long in this rank if you do those three things. Warrant Officers may not participate in tournament games. |
 4.) Lieutenant |
The Lieutenant is one step away from flag rank. You must be a qualified wingman to obtain this rank |
 9.) Cadet/Recruit |

 5.) Lieutenant JG (junior grade)

You must have the gunnery/sharpshooter badge or your bombing wings to obtain this rank. |

Purple Heart ribbon: Awarded to the winner of the 'And They Walked Away' contest. |

Recruiting ribbon: Awarded to commisioned officer when they have recruit that reaches commisioned officer status. It is a one time award. |

Gunnery/Sharpshooter ribbon: Awarded after Squadron member demonstrates shooting skill with most effecient performance in. 'drone practice'.. |

Air Medal: Awarded for ten 'last alive' wins with your flight . |

Gunnery/Bronze Star: Awarded to officer which shows the most promise. |

Campaign Medal: Awarded for 50 campaigns with group. |

Distinguished Flying Cross: Awarded for the lowest death to kill ratio for 1 year. |

Distinguished Meritorious Sevice Medal: Awarded to the squadron member who has done the most for the group in 1 year. |

Distinuished Service Medal: Awarded for the highest tournament kills for 1 year. |
 |
Legion of Merit: Awarded for reaching 'ace' status 3 times. |

Navy Cross: Awarded for the highest kill rate in your flight for 1 year. |
 |
Order of the Purple Heart Medal: Awarded for five 'and they walked away' contest wins. |
 |
Gunnery/Sharpshooter Medal: Awarded for the highest tournament kill rate ,in group. for one tournament. |
 |
the Silver Star: Awarded for five games in 0ne aircraft. With no respawns and with a minimum of fifteen kills. |
